furō salzburg is a beautiful celebration of seasonal produce. We chose the smaller prix fixe menu with three cold dishes and two hot. The chef creatively plays with varied textures and spices that make for perfectly composed dishes that leave you reaching for more focaccia to savor each and every bite. The muhamarra and the crunchy cucumber salad were standouts. More over, the service was exceptional including a friendly visit from Martin, the owner. Leave room for dessert and a local Austrian Amaro.

A modern and cozy little restaurant with ambient lighting. We had the small menu, which consisted of focacia, 3 cold, 2 warm dishes and a dessert. We were amazed at how many flavours they could get into one dish and the variety of dishes we had. The small menu was more than enough for us, and we enjoyed every last bite of it. The team was small, but had an eye for everything and was very welcoming. We really recommend this place, a reservation is smart, as more people have discovered how amazing their food is!

We loved this place! Even though we are not vegetarian, we went on an event, and they were very kind and explained the menu all in English. The food was amazing and the service even better. Can't wait for the new place and the options for brunch.

Amazing vegetarian dinner with ambiant lighting. Each dish was so tasty and unique. We had the kleine menu and it was a lot of food. The orange wine bottle was from austria and also delicious. I definitely recommend you to come by🌱 They even packed the leftover in glass jars for us. 🙏🏼 merci!

Really nice place with very friendly staff which was very helpfull with selecting food etc. Food was okay. Only one thing I do not understand. We were group of 7 people and we paid 300€. We could only order the menu for a group which is 39€ per person. But if we ordered the same food separetly we would pay just 150€. Doesn't make sense to me. Understand it's harder to cook for bigger table when they order different foods but if we sit separetely what change does it make?

A while back took my wife and kid to FURŌ and as expected it was phenomenal. The food, the service and the energy set the tone for the evening to come. We ordered a taste of everything and thought it might take little extra time due to it being fully booked with people wanting to experience this little gem. We were very mistaken as these perfectly portioned dishes exploding with goodness arrived prompt on time flowing fluidly with precise timing between dishes. Martin himself sat and chatted at our table sneaking me a on the house T-shirt and entertaining the kiddo while we smashed everything on our plates. IF YOU ARE IN SALZBURG EVER MAKE SURE TO EXPERIENCE THIS PLACE
